Tri-Doshic Yoga is an Ayurvedic style of yoga with an emphasis on balancing the doshas in the body through movement, strength and calmness. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are the three doshas that exist within every person in different quantities which makes each person unique. This class will focus on balancing all three doshas allowing you to calm down, detoxify and rejuvenate.
Open to people with all levels of experience from beginner to expert.
